I bought this item about 8 months ago from Wayfair.ca, at first I was not sure it’s the one I was looking for but after a while I’m so happy with my purchase. It keeps the tea warm as long as the heather is on and it takes less than 3 minutes to boil the water. You can see how much water is in the kettle but it’s not clear. If it had a feature to put the tea pot on the kettle to keep the tea warm with boiling water steam, it would be better.
Overall, I recommend this product to tea lovers.
